Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q. I forgot the password for my account. How do I retrieve it?
- Click “Lost Password?” and enter the email address that you used to register the account.
- Click "Submit".
- A verification email will be sent to you. Once you have received the email, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
Yes, only if the order is still in pending status.
- Please send your order details to email@example.com with the message title "Cancellation request" to inform us on the cancellation.
- Orders that are in "shipping or shipped" status will not be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All product transaction will be in RM (Malaysia Ringgit).
Q. How long does delivery take?
Deliveries will be made within 2-3 business days from the date of payment. It will take another 1-3 business days for our courier to reach your address, depending on the delivery method. As we produce our product in artisan batches, there will be a longer lead time for bespoke services and larger orders. Please contact us for more details.
